MILL VALLEY — Job recruiting site Glassdoor announced the top five places to interview for a job, according to a recent company survey.
The top five places according to recent job candidates were paint manufacturer Sherwin-Williams, professional services provider Grant Thronton, equipment manufacturer Caterpillar, financial services company BNY Mellon and clothing manufacturer J. Crew.
Glassdoor analyzed feedback from candidates who interviewed at companies with 1,000 or more employees. Winners’ scores were based on positive interview experience ratings. It took interview duration and interview difficulty into consideration. The survey took place from July 6, 2015, to July 6 2016.
“The candidate experience is a crucial part of the employment process,” said Carmel Galvin, Glassdoor CHRO. “If employers succeed at this stage, they start off on the right foot with employees throughout their journey within the organization. By honoring the companies that excel at the interview process, we aim to help people find jobs and companies they love and educate employers about what it takes to hire top talent.”
