First Tee of San Joaquin announces new program director

christopher borregoSTOCKTON — The First Tee of San Joaquin has named Christopher Borrego as its new program director.

Borrego is PGA professional with decades of experience teaching golf to players of all levels, First Tee said.

Borrego previously taught a variety of classes at Greenhorn Creek Resort, including the First Tee programs, PLAYer, PAR and Birdie classes.

He has 15 years of experience as a Head Golf Professional as well as eight years of teaching the game and running junior and adult programs.

The First Tee program blends the rules of golf with life and leadership skills.
