Denise HairSTOCKTON — Denise J. Hair has been promoted to vice president of nursing services and chief nursing officer at Dameron Hospital.

“She has more than proven herself as an effective leader in her previous roles as assistant CNO and most recently as our interim CNO for the past two months,” said Dameron Hospital President and CEO Lorraine P. Auerbach. “She is a forward thinker and has consistently demonstrated the creativity, influence and attention to detail that we will need in order to move Dameron’s quality and service agenda forward.”

As CNO, Hair will provide administrative leadership and operational oversight for nursing at Dameron. She is also responsible for the long-range planning of nursing services.
