AhiPoki Bowl, a popular seafood restaurant throughout California, will be opening a new location in Stockton this fall.
The location of the restaurant will be the southwest corner of the Weberstown Mall site at the Panera Bread pad.
AhiPoki Bowl serves ahi poke-style cuisine which is a Hawaiian preparation of ahi, a yellowfin tuna. Traditionally, it’s a salad of cubed raw fish, which is then marinated in sesame oil or soy sauce. The dish can be served on its own or with rice or noodles.
The restaurant describes itself as a fusion of East Asian and Hawaiian flavors.
“The Poke trend is hotter than ever in California,” said Tyler Ring of Northgate Commercial, the company that represented AhiPoki Bowl in the transaction. “We are thrilled to see new tastes and changing options in the quick service restaurant market.”
AhiPoki Bowl has 35 locations throughout California and Arizona, with several more being planned.
