Those who have a library card through the Stockton-San Joaquin County Public Library system now have access to more than ever before.

Through a partnership with hoopla digital, the library system now offers online availability of movies, TV shows, music, eBooks, audio books and comics numbering in the thousands.

“We’re always searching for the latest service that educates, enlightens and entertains the people of our community,” said Jenni Fontanilla, Supervising Librarian for the Stockton-San Joaquin Public Library System. “This new partnership enables us to meet patron demand for digital content.”

Fontanilla went on to say that the service allows the library system to serve the community in a “modern way.”

San Joaquin County is one of 29 other counties that have partnered with hoopla digital to offer online and mobile services.

Card holders throughout the county, whether in Stockton, Mountain House, Ripon, Escalon or other cities connected to the public San Joaquin County Public Library system have access. Visit hoopladigital.com to learn more.
