A court grants the third degree to Iñaki Urdangarin and will be able to leave prison on weekends

The Penitentiary Surveillance Court 1 of Castilla y León has upheld the appeal of Iñaki Urdangarin, a prisoner in the Brieva prison (Ávila). As reported by the Supreme Court of Castilla y León in a statement, Urdangarin will be able to work out of prison from Monday to April, will return to the center to sleep and will enjoy freedom on weekends. Urdangarin, sentenced to 5 years and 10 months in prison for corruption in the Nóos case, was admitted to Brieva prison on June 18, 2018.
