Animated fan art recreates the brutal battle between Goku and Moro from the manga

The Dragon Ball Super anime ended with the Tournament of Force that pitted many of the Universes in existence against each other. After those impressive battles, Toei Animation put its production team on hiatus for television, but Toyotaro and Akira Toriyama continued to draw and write stories.

Android 17 was the rightful winner in the brutal battle that favored Universe 7. And as an act of kindness, they asked the God of All not to wipe out the remaining universes. Peace reigned for a time until the arrival of an exceptional villain who tried to devour the Earth in one bite.

That’s Moro, an extremely powerful evil sorcerer who draws on the energy of planets. This feature makes him threaten the entire existence of Universe 7 and thus becomes an exciting rival for the Z Fighters; good especially for Goku and Vegeta.

The battle between Goku and Moro from Dragon Ball Super

The brutal combat that these two characters developed surpasses many of the fights that Goku has had. During this battle he largely perfected Ultra Instinct and in a way triggered the beginning of Vegeta’s Ultra Ego.

The fight had everything: even a giant mode that looks like an extension of Goku’s Ultra Instinct.

This fight was developed in the manga. However, an illustrator named Eggi Artto has made an animated fan art that the people of ZenX gave him a voice, leaving as a result this brutal piece of art.
