Breaking News —

“There will be a tourist season this summer.” This is how forceful the Prime Minister, Pedro Sánchez, expressed himself this Saturday during his appearance before public opinion. The leader of the Executive PSOE-Unidas Podemos has appealed, both to national tourists and foreigners, to prepare “from now” their holidays in Spain.

Sánchez has warned that from July the entry of foreign tourism in our country will resume. It will be an activity “in safety conditions” both in origin and destination, the president has assured, although he has not specified more in this regard, to avoid any danger of regrowth.

“Spain needs tourism”, has insisted the president, who recalled that our country receives about 80 million visitors a year from other countries.

During his appearance, Sánchez has appealed to the hospitality and hotel sectors to prepare to reopen “in a few days” in order to receive both national and foreign visitors.
