Zoom, the online meeting platform, is experiencing a failure according to a report from multiple users.
The fall of the service would be affecting the options of Zoom Meetings and Zoom Webinars, according to the company’s page. In a tweet in response to a user’s comment, the company indicated that it is investigating the problem.
The interruption of the services of the platform occurs just when several universities, which use it for their remote classes, resume their academic activities.
Two universities in Philadelphia, Temple and Widener, are among those that have reported difficulties in initiating distance instruction with Zoom.
