In the eleventh week of boxing vs coronavirus, we recovered a form of work that we proposed to you in the first weeks and we work in blocks five-five, four-four, three-three, two-two and one-one, referring to the activity time.
We intersperse camber with technical work and in the last blocks, we incorporate waist and gloves for hitting intervals. We close with very brief physical training and as always, we recommend that if you want to expand the physical part, go to profiles of professionals specialized in the subject.
