The people of Madrid could not enjoy the bridge of Our Lady of Almudena that took place last weekend, since the Community of Madrid decided to close the borders so that no citizen traveled to another Autonomous Community Y thus avoid new infections of coronavirus. But this restriction ended on November 10, so this weekend, citizens of the Community of Madrid may go to other communities.
Only to communities without confinements
But they will not be able to travel freely, since there are other Spanish areas that are confined and to which they will not be able to go. It is the case of Andalusia, Castilla y León and Castilla-La Mancha, Valencian Community, Aragon, Cantabria, Murcia, Navarra, Basque Country, La Rioja and the autonomous cities of Ceuta and melilla, that have its borders closed both for the entry and exit of people, except for work, medical, educational or force majeure reasons.
Other communities do not contemplate the perimeter closure of their borders, but they do have municipalities or basic health zones confined. And the same thing happens in Madrid, where there is currently municipalities and basic health zones confined.
Without leaving or entering municipalities and basic confined areas
This means that people who live in these areas will not be able to enter or leave their borders unless they adequately justify it. The same will happen if someone from an area of Madrid without restrictions justifies their entry to the corresponding territory. The rest of the citizens of the Community of Madrid may not travel to those municipalities or basic confined areas.
Thus, Madrid citizens may leave the Community as long as they do so to areas that are not closed perimeter as a consequence of the restrictions to avoid new infections of the COVID-19.
