Microsoft has been shaping its Surface ecosystem for years, offering really useful devices that give that feeling of confidence as they are hardware developed by the company in charge of Windows. We had the opportunity to analyze the Surface Laptop 4, a team that could cope with our day to day with ease, although with a shortage of ports and connections that could have come in handy. In this case we will talk about two new models that the company showed in its last event focused on these teams. So are the Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio and the Surface Duo 2.
Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio
As a convertible, the truth is that this Laptop Studio incorporates a series of features that will delight those used to mobility and teleworking. As you can see in the featured image above, we are talking about a laptop with a tablet soul, being able to change the screen tilt, and even knock it down completely to obtain a functional and optimized tablet with Windows 11. Its specifications include its 14.4-inch touch panel at 2400 x 1600 resolution and 120 Hz frequency. This device is also compatible with the Surface Slim Pen 2, the new electronic pen that can be attached to the Surface magnetically.
This equipment also offers configurations with processors Intel i5-11300H and i7-11370H, with up to 32GB of RAM and 2TB of storage. While the base models with i5 come with integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics, the models with i7 come with the dedicated GPU. RTX 3050 Ti. Plus, the Surface Laptop Studio comes with two ports. USB 4.0 with Thunderbolt 4 support.
The Surface Laptop Studio will hit stores starting at $ 1,600 next October 5.
Microsoft Surface Duo 2
Microsoft has also presented the latest generation of its mobile devices. We talk about Microsoft Surface Duo 2, sequel to the folding terminal that the company presented last year. With a really interesting concept, the truth is that at the user level it did not catch on too much. That is why the company has not given up and has presented a new model, with much-needed improvements that could give this device a twist.

The Surface Duo 2 now features two 90Hz AMOLED displays that they reach a total of 8.3 inches. It also includes the latest Qualcomm processor, the Snapdragon 888 5G, a beast that cannot be missing in the highest-end devices. In addition, the device offers a system of triple rear sensor, with a 12MP main camera, a 12MP telephoto sensor and a 16MP wide-angle sensor. The Surface Duo 2 also includes a 12MP front camera, a fingerprint sensor built into the side, and DisplayPort connectivity to bring this terminal to a larger panel. Along with all this, Microsoft has incorporated a 4,449 mAh battery with 23W fast charge.
This Surface Duo 2 will hit stores next October 21 in configurations of up to 512GB of internal storage and 8GB of RAM. The device will be placed between the $ 1,500 as a starting price.
