Former Galatasaray striker, Radamel Falcao, returns to LaLiga after more than eight years and will do so with the Rayo Vallecano jersey. He terminated the contract with the Turkish club and his arrival in Vallecas is a true milestone in the history of the entity, which incorporates the one who has been one of the best strikers in European football during his stay at Atlético de Madrid.
The Colombian, who is 35 years old and has not found his place in Turkish football, returns to LaLiga in the twilight of his career to enroll in the Rayo Vallecano project, who has returned to the top flight after eliminating Leganés and Girona in the promotion play-offs.

Precisely with Atlético he established himself as one of the best forwards after leaving Porto. Only Leo Messi (96) and Cristiano Ronaldo (80) scored more goals than the attacker in the five major leagues with the red-and-white elastic, where he scored a total of 56 goals and he left in exchange for 43 million euros for AS Monaco.
A striker with a great scoring nose
Radamel Falcao is synonymous with goal: he has a total of 295 in 510 official meetings as a professional. The Colombian has played for several of the biggest clubs in Europe, including the AS Monaco (83), FC Porto (72), Manchester United (4), Chelsea (1) and, above all, Atlético de Madrid (70), where he has offered the best performance of his career.
The attacker arrives at Vallecas in return in a sea of doubts. He has suffered several injuries in the last season and his level is unknown. With the Galatasaray shirt he completed 18 matches between all competitions and scored a total of nine goals. He lost, yes, 26 games due to different injuries throughout the course.
