According to a study by Kaspersky, a survey was applied to employees of small and medium-sized companies in various industries, which has shown as a result that 78% of Mexican workers want them to make adjustments in the dynamics before the covid- 19 regarding working hours.
The workers do not want to return to the usual way, but now they consider that there should be a restructuring in the way of carrying out their activities, among which they stand out spending more time with their family with 58%, saving money with 50% and working at a distance with 45%.

Faced with the crucial situation that remote work implies, entrepreneurs now need to adapt quickly to keep up and face adversity. However, employees are using this moment to their advantage as an opportunity for change by setting their priorities and planning for the future to what really has value for them, now it is the workers who rule the baton between work and family life.
The global situation and the changes in the labor aspect, has caused employees to reflect on the next normality for work. In this sense, based on the data obtained, 48% of workers in the country want to abandon the 9 to 5 dynamic; On the other hand, 34% expressed that they are ready to return to the office and 25% consider ending the five-day work week.
Likewise, the study highlighted that employees see three benefits of the pandemic; the first is spending time with the family with 58%; the second is saving money with 50% and the third is teleworking with 45%. Additionally, most perks are focused on finding new opportunities that prioritize work-life balance.
However, as employees continue to carry out increasingly innovative and flexible ways of working, it is substances that companies increase and adapt the support they provide to their staff. Because 44% of the workforce tends to request technological assistance from their organization more frequently when taking their activities from a distance, so the need to provide the tools to maintain productivity, connection and user safety never it had been so high.
In this sense, Claudio Martinelli general director of Kaspersky in Latin America, expressed that they are facing a decisive and at the same time exciting moment, he pointed out that it is evident that the pandemic has accelerated the digital transformation and the union between work and family life . He added that they are now observing in employees who use technology as a tool to obtain a new future and are taking the initiative to make adjustments in the work structure that allows them greater freedom and flexibility.
He concluded by underlining that companies have the authority to adapt and make changes to the modern workplace so that they can make it more productive, sustainable and malleable.

Training for workers in order to make them more aware of the relevance of cybersecurity.
