Now, Marvel has recruited the talented actor to bring to life one of its most famous superheroes, Wolverine.

The superhero, a member of the X-Men, is very popular with the millennials who grew up watching him in the animated series of the 90s and in the Fox films of X Men, where he was played by Hugh Jackman. More than four years after the farewell of Jackman of the role in Logan – 93%, we are still waiting to know who will be the new one in charge of bringing Wolverine to life, but while that day arrives, an adaptation of another type will have Cosío giving voice to the character.
Marvel Entertainment and SiriusXM have announced that they will launch the podcast in Spanish Marvel’s Wolverine: The Long Night, podcast translation Marvel’s Wolverine: The Long Night, released in 2018. The first two episodes (out of ten) can currently be enjoyed on the SiriusXM app or by subscribing to Marvel Podcasts Unlimited on Apple Podcasts.
Marvel’s Wolverine: The Long Night will launch a weekly chapter of 30 minutes each. In 2019, during an interview with Joaquin Cosío With El Imparcial, the 58-year-old actor revealed that he is not a fan of superheroes, but expressed his excitement at being part of a long-awaited project such as Suicide squad:
In my teens I read ‘Batman’ comics. Obviously, since I devoted myself fully to acting, I put them aside and from then on I lost a lot of notion. I’m not an extreme consumer of Marvel, DC, or superhero movies in general but I know it’s very popular nowadays. It strikes me that this film is highly anticipated and brings together many characters who are mostly villains. I think I will really like being part of this project.
