Knights of the Zodiac, the new movie about the Knights of the Zodiac, released a trailer

Fans of the Knights of the Zodiac stay tuned. Saint Seiya: Knights of the Zodiac, the new movie in the saga of Toei Animation, released trailer.

The video, about 30 seconds long, shows a combat scene with Seiya as the protagonist. “How the hell did he do that?” asks the young orphan, played by Arata Mackenyu, after a fight against Marin de Águila, his trainer.

The film, which would be the first in a saga, will hit theaters in Japan on April 28, and it is unknown if it will be available in Latin America. In accordance with Espinof, Knights of the Zodiac is expected to be in international theaters during 2023.

According to the summary of Saint Seiya: Knights of the Zodiac, quoted by Imdb, “When a goddess of war is reincarnated in the body of a young woman, Seiya, a street orphan, discovers that he is destined to protect her and save the world.”

Who will be in Saint Seiya: Knights of the Zodiac, the new Knights of the Zodiac movie?

It has not been revealed in detail what the plot of Saint Seiya: Knights of the Zodiac will be, but several of the actors and actresses that will be part of it are known.

In addition to Arata Mackenyu as Seiya, include Famke Janssen (Jean Gray in the X-Men saga, in a role to be determined), Madison Iseman as Sienna (Saori Kido, Athena), Sean Bean (Alman Kido), Mark Dacascos (Mylock ) and Nick Stahl (Cassius).

The Knights of the Zodiac will have its live action movie

Tomasz Baginski, with experience as an animator and special effects creator on The Witcher, is directing the film, with Kiel Murray, Josh Campbell and Matt Stuecken serving as writers. They are all based on the story created by the great Masami Kurumada.

Toei Animation will distribute the film in Japan, while the rest of the world, except for China and the Middle East, will be distributed by Sony Pictures Worldwide Acquisitions.
