ATWhen the European Commission publishes its strategy for the fight against terrorism on December 9, Hannah Neumann, German member of the Green group in the European Parliament, fights for Europeans to tackle the problem of European prisoners ISIS members detained by the Kurds in the northeastern part of Syria. This dossier is largely avoided in the Commission’s text. Ms. Neumann recently returned from a trip to Syria and shared her impressions with us.
