Univision Meet the eighteen pre-selected candidates for Nuestra Belleza Latina 2021.
After almost three years without being on the air in Univision programming, Nuestra Belleza Latina returned with a record audience during the premiere gala that was broadcast on the night of Sunday, September 26.
During the first gala of the reality show, the panel of judges selected eighteen young people who will continue in the competition with the purpose of achieving a direct pass to the mansion of beauty.
To complete the group of twenty pre-selected, the audience can vote for the three young women who are in danger of elimination; only two of them will get a pass for the second phase of the reality show.
Meet the eighteen pre-selected from Nuestra Belleza Latina 2021:
The Dominican Génesis Suero, 29, was the first pre-selected of Nuestra Belleza Latina when she managed to win over the judges with her audition, where she presented a monologue by a real estate salesperson.
Before participating in the Univision reality show, Suero was elected as Miss New York USA in the 2018 edition.
Génesis Suero momentarily put aside her job as a real estate agent to participate in Nuestra Belleza Latina.
The Dominican Clauvid Dály, 20, was one of the pre-selected of the night when she auditioned with a dance test. However, what most caught the attention of the judges was Dály’s life testimony.

Currently, Lupita Valero is a textile engineer and fashion designer in the state of Guerrero in Mexico.
The Puerto Rican Raishmar Carrillo managed to steal the hearts of the judges of Nuestra Belleza Latina by telling that her biological parents were addicted to drugs, which forced her to live much of her adolescence in foster homes.
One of Carrillo’s harshest confessions was when he revealed that he was the victim of sexual abuse by his father figure in one of the foster homes where he lived during his adolescence.
