From the court to the recording sets, Michael Jordan left his lasting mark. His Majesty, in 1996, starred in Space Jam, an animated film with Bugs Bunny and the rest of the Looney Tunes, a classic basketball movie.
At that time, Jordan wore an Air Jordan 11 shoe with a predominantly black combination and a white presole.
Now it’s the turn of the Air Jordan 1 Mid Space Jam, which pays homage to those sneakers.

The center of everything is in the color combination. The Air Jordan 1 Mid Space Jam is made of black patent leather for much of its construction, with layers of soft leather underneath.
It uses, just like the original model, a white midsole and an ice blue lower part. In addition, it stands out for the blue Jumpman on the tongue.
The shoes were released on February 10, and can still be found both on the Nike website and in select retail stores. Its price: 135 dollars.
Space Jam, or how Michael Jordan saves Bugs Bunny and his friends
Space Jam: Game of the Century, featured Michael Jordan in the title role, directed by Joe Pytka. Although it failed to garner many positive reviews from critics, it did become a box office success, grossing $250.2 million.
In the movie, Michael Jordan saves the Looney Tunes from being enslaved by an evil alien named Mr. Swackhammer, owner of Silly Mountain, an amusement park.
He does it the best he can, playing basketball: he returns to the courts after his time in baseball, all based on real life.
The film had a sequel released in 2021, Space Jam: A New Legacy, with LeBron James as the protagonist.
