OnePlus reveals its first Android tablet OnePlus Pad and the Buds Pro 2

OnePlus launched its first Android tablet at the Cloud 11 event on Tuesday, February 7, where it also introduced the successors to its popular earbuds, the OnePlus Buds Pro 2.

The tablet was dubbed as OnePlus Pad and it comes with an amazing new design among Android. According to a report published on the website of Know Your Mobilethe tablet comes with a circular camera bump in the middle instead of the usual corner camera bump.

This is the first tablet to be launched with an 11.6-inch 7:5 resolution LCD display, with a 144Hz refresh rate and 2800×2000 pixel resolution.

The OnePlus Pad is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC, one of the most powerful chipsets from MediaTek. It’s not Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 or Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, but it’s faster than most Android tablets on the market today.

Regarding the cameras, the main one is 13MP on the back and an 8MP selfie camera on the front, while in the battery section it has a standby time of 30 days thanks to its 9150 mAh and supports 67W SuperVOOC charging.

As a bonus, the tablet will arrive with its Stylo pen and a magnetic keyboard cover in the box. The price of the OnePlusPad is not yet known, but it should be available in April.

Meet the OnePlus Buds Pro 2

For its part, the OnePlus Buds Pro 2 come with Soundscape tuning and look minimalist with its clean and modern design. The design has a two-tone finish and comes in three colors: Obsidian Black, Misty White, and Arbor Green.

The headphones come with a dual driver, an 11mm driver works as a woofer while a smaller 6mm driver works as a speaker. It’s co-created with Dynaudio, just like the Oppo Enco X2 from OnePlus’ sister brand Oppo.

OnePlus promises audiophile-quality audio with this setup and that this model has better ANC than the predecessors. The Buds Pro 2 have adaptive noise cancellation of up to 48dB.

The price of these headphones is 179 dollars and they last 39 hours with the case, while each earphone will last 9 hours. It also supports fast charging: 10 minutes will give you 10 hours of listening time.
