They are major words, but as they have been before, they do not seem crazy; on the contrary, perhaps we are before the great work of its director and one that he will try to overcome in subsequent years.
On the other hand, the one who had also said that, as we said above, is Josh brolin. The actor had a conversation with the YouTube channel ACE Universe (via .). In it, he simply admitted the same as Isaac … which he thinks is a masterpiece of cinema. Here his words:
They screened the film for us when it was finished. And it blew my mind. I mean, I can say … I think I can safely say that it is a masterpiece. It is truly a masterpiece of cinematography. What he was able to do and have all these characters and give them his time and his development, but also keep the story together with the rest and do it justice. And the lighting, which was done by Greg Fraser, with whom I ended up making a book that we just finished that has his photographs and my writing. That book is going to be published when Dune is released. It was just one of those times when the planets align. No Country for Old Men was like that too. At that time you thought ‘Do you have the feeling that something is going to be great?’ And you say, ‘No, I’m having a good time. I love doing this, but you have no idea how great it’s going to be. ‘
