The Sociedad Deportiva Huesca decided to dismiss Míchel for the team’s departure in the Santander League. With twelve points in the locker, the club is six points away from salvation and has only won one game. It was against Alavés on December 12. There are four consecutive games without winning and the situation was untenable for the already ex-Huesca coach.
Pacheta faces his second experience on a bench of the highest category of Spanish football, after doing so at Numancia in the last leg of the 2008/2009 season. Definitely, His greatest success was climbing Elche from Segunda B to the Santander League in three seasons., although it was later replaced.
Pacheta’s challenge now is keep Huesca in the First Division. The team has not played badly in these first months of competition, but the results did not arrive and the defeat against Betis meant the farewell of Míchel.
