The former president of Osasuna Patxi Izco has accepted 23 months and 15 days in prison and the payment of 1,154,762.84 euros to the Navarrese club for a continuing crime, misappropriation and accounting falsification committed between the 2004-2005 and 2010-2011 seasons. The prosecution, the lawyers of the ex-president Rojillo and the Navarrese club have reached an agreement so that the accused does not enter jail, leaving the charges of which he was accused settled. The agreement has been ratified this Monday in the Provincial Court and Izco has been sentenced to pay a fine for six months with a daily fee of ten euros. The trial lasted about 20 minutes.
Of the 1,154,762.84 euros owed to the club, Izco will only pay 722,011.19 euros. This last figure will be paid immediately to Osasuna and comes from a property in Pamplona (606,908.71 euros), two parking spaces (26,620) and the 88,482.48 euros already consigned. The remaining payment must be made in the event that Izco achieves a better fortune.

For his part, the former auditor of the club Adolfo Suarez he has been convicted as a civil liable for being a profitable participant in the crime. AND Angel Vizcay, former manager of the Rojilla entity, has been acquitted of this cause.
