Sea of Thieves premieres its season 1 | Rare
The first battle pass of the game cooperative adventures multiplayer for Pc and Xbox of pirates, “Sea of Thieves”, will be released next week.

According to a post on the official Twitter account of « Sea of Thieves », season one begins Thursday, January 28. This marks the turn of the game towards a new battle pass system, as well as seasonal content releases.
Season 1 is ushering in a new progression system that allows players to rank up to 100 levels of Pirate Renown.
There are also a variety of new rewards, live events, game updates, Emporium and Twitch launches to look forward to. Specifically with the Season one, there’s a new kind of journey from the Mercantile Alliance, which will find players working to recover a lost shipment.

Although the battle pass is free, there is also a paid version called Plunder Pass.
Offers a variety of items and rewards sold through the « Sea of Thieves ». This is an optional tier and will come with a wide selection of items to be purchased rather than earned.
