The Cercanías trains of line C5, between Móstoles / El Soto, Atocha and Villaverde Alto, and work continues to try to resume service on C3, C3A and C2 between Guadalajara, Atocha and Chamartín in both directions.

Both the mayor of the capital, José Luis Martínez-Almeida, as well as the Minister of Justice, Interior and Victims of the Community, Enrique López, had asked the central government early this Sunday to start the Cercanías trains, considering this service as fundamental for city communication.
The first train circulation has left the Chamartín station at 14.10 hours and the first AVE has left at 3:40 p.m. bound for Valencia.
