Doctor Olivier Manigart, Belgian expatriate in Burkina Faso, is a virologist and has worked for more than 20 years on epidemics and vaccination in Africa, he is also a scientific collaborator at the ULB and at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. For more than 2 years, he has collaborated with the West African Health Organization (WAHO) in Bobo-Dioulasso in Burkina Faso, for GFA on a project to strengthen the epidemiological surveillance of the German Development Bank KFW, called Proalab .
