TP-Link has taken advantage of CES 2021 to present its latest proposals in networks. The Deco and Archer series receive important new features, with the support for WiFi 6 technology as the great argument to encourage users to improve the connectivity of their home.
The new Deco Voice X20, which has been awarded the CES 2021 award for innovation, features the technology TP-Link Mesh to form a single and unified network (up to 370 m2) that allows a seamless connection while users move around the house without a drop in signal, even during streaming, video calls and cloud games.
The Alexa assistant is integrated into the built-in smart speaker, allowing home automation management, voice control, and music streaming.
He Deco X96 operates in the 6 GHz band and can reach 7800 Mbps with triple band WiFi. This router integrates an AI engine that intelligently learns your network environment to provide the perfect home WiFi. In addition, its smart antennas optimize coverage and identify the points where connectivity should focus, optimizing the user experience in any scenario.
Deco X76 Plus It also works on the 6 GHz band, offering speeds up to 5400 Mbps with tri-band WiFi. Its built-in Smart Hub acts as a smart home hub, gathering all your devices in a simple to use application and thanks to the Mesh technology the coverage is optimal anywhere in the room.
Archer AX96 It features a dedicated 6GHz band for WiFi 6E, allowing for a cleaner and wider band. On its 5 GHz band, DL / UL MU-MIMO technology enables simultaneous transmission to and from users, dramatically reducing latency.
Finally, the Archer AX206 promises WiFi speeds of up to 10 Gbps, 10 Gbps SFP + Ethernet port, and dedicated WiFi 6 E band. TP-Link highlights the incorporation of technologies OFDMA and UL / DL MU-MIMO to reduce latency and optimize performance for streaming and online gaming, among other uses.
Security for your smart home with TP-Link HomeShield
TP-Link has also announced HomeShield, a security service that keeps your home network safe with cutting-edge features for network and smart home protection. A real-time scanner identifies connected devices, blocks potential threats, and fixes network vulnerabilities in real time.
In addition, it is capable of preventing DDoS attacks when it detects abnormal traffic and rejects requests from the IPs that we configure. A complete system of statistics and reports allows the user to know the status of their network at all times.
