Warner Bros. Announces It Will Release All Its Films Simultaneously In Theaters And HBO Max

Outstanding image

In recent months there has been speculation about everything, but the truth is that nobody saw this coming: In an unprecedented decision, Warner Bros. has announced that all the films it has prepared for 2021 will be released simultaneously in theaters. cinema and HBO Max, at no additional cost to subscribers of the streaming platform.

Thus ‘Wonder Woman 1984‘will be the first but not the only one, and as we can see below in the video that the company has published, then titles such as’Dune‘,’In a New York neighborhood‘,’The suicide squad‘,’Judas and the Black Messiah‘,’Tom and Jerry‘,’Godzilla vs. Kong‘,’The Many Saints of Newark‘,’The Warren File: Forced By The Demon‘,’Malignant‘,’Those Who Wish Me Dead‘,’King richard‘,’Reminiscence‘,’Space Jam: New Legends‘,’The Little Things‘,’Mortal Kombat‘… or’The Matrix 4‘.

This decision and / or strategy for the moment only affects the United States and outside of the North American country, these films will be released in theaters without more, as usual, although the company has revealed in turn that it expects the transition from HBO to HBO Max occurs during the second half of 2021, in at least the European countries (including Spain, of course).

Although it is not confirmed, it has already begun to speculate that the international launch of HBO Max could be accompanied by the premiere (in this case exclusive to the platform) of ‘Zack Snyder’s Justice League‘. However, at the moment, as we say, there is nothing official about it.

Is this the end of the world as we know it?
