Goodbye to Daft Punk: the famous French musical duo, renowned for their helmets, part ways. They were together for 28 years.
The pioneers of electronic music briefly announced their decision, but without giving reasons, with an online video called Epilogue. The video is just over 7 minutes long.
The channel The duo’s YouTube channel has 4.05 million subscribers. Several of them wrote to them thanking them for the years of musical sensations, unforgettable for the fans.

Who really made up Daft Punk?
Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo are the real names of the members of the group. Since 1993 they have launched into the musical arena with one premise: always wear headphones.
These gave them a mysterious look, much like any Star Wars character.
Hits like Around The World, One More Thime, Get Lucky and Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger were the delight of the 90s and early 2000s.
Despite their notorious hits, they only released four studio albums: Homework (1997), Discovery (2001), Human After All (2005) and Rando Access Memories (2013). They also released two touring albums, Daftendirektour (1997) and Alive (2006-07).
The artists worked with music figures such as Kanye West and Pharrell Williams, among others. They won up to six Grammys.
These photos below confirm that, as their third album says, they are human after all. The images are from the 90s and early 2000s so they must have changed a lot.
