Vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc, selenium and curcumin are some of the supplements that you could use to enjoy elevated defenses that help you deal with disease more easily.
1. Vitamins of the B complex
Vitamin B complex, including B6 and B12, are very important for the immune system response. Even so, there are several adults who have a nutritional deficit with respect to them, which negatively affects their defenses.
2. Vitamin C
This vitamin supports the function of various immune cells, increasing their abilities to fight infections. This vitamin also works as a powerful antioxidant, protecting you against oxidative stress damage.

Certain species of echinacea have proven useful in increasing the immune response in humans, and it is likely that they can also raise defenses against respiratory viruses.
There is no study that indicates that the use of supplements helps prevent or avoid Covid-19, but that does not mean that using them is a waste of time. After all, doing so will strengthen our immune system against other diseases.
